* During Iron Man week: $750 per week and 6 night minimum stay.
* Extra nights can be added on to accommodate any length of stay.
* Major Credit Cards accepted with a 5% convience fee.
* Returning guests receive an additional 10% discount.
* Weekly Rate is based upon 7 days (6 nights) stay.
* Monthly Rate is based upon 28 days (27 nights) stay.


Payment & Cancellation  Policies:

The above rates do not include a one-time cleaning fee of $100 and Hawaii State Transient Tax of 13%.

Rates based on double occupancy. Add $10 per person; per night for 3 or 4 people in condo.

Each additional night beyond the standard rates above are charged at the nightly rate.

$500 Deposit is required within 7-days of reservation; Full Payment is required 60-days prior to arrival. ($300 deposit is applied toward the balance owed; $200 damage deposit is returned by US Mail within two weeks of your departure, after an inventory and damage inspection is performed by our condo caretakers).

If reservation is made within 45-days of arrival, full payment is required within 10-days of booking.

3-night minimum stay required. During Winter Holiday and Ironman Triathlon weeks, 6-night minimum stay required.

If you must cancel inside of 60-days you will be refunded for the days that we are able to re-book. No refund on shortened stays.

Check-In time is 2:00 PM / Check-Out time is 11:00 AM

Washer & Dryer in Unit conveniently available for guest use during entire stay - (many units do not offer W/D to guests).

Also provided for your enjoyment: boogie boards, swim noodles, beach chairs & pillows, ice chest, Hawaii guidebooks, etc.

One Bedroom One Bathroom Condo / King-sized bed in bedroom / Sleeps 4 comfortably with sofa sleeper in living room.

Unit is air conditioned and fully furnished. Stocked with sheets, towels, kitchenware, dishsoap, handsoap & paper products.

Unless you make other arrangements with us, the Condo is cleaned before & after your departure, not during your stay.

Telephone in Unit unlimited free local calls / calling card required for long distance calls.

10% Kama'aina Discount for returning guests with stays of 1-week or longer.

No smoking and we love pets but they are not allowed in any of the units at Casa de Emdeko.
